With the 1822TAN+ method, you can authorize your online transactions directly through the app.

How does the 1822TAN+ method work?
When an online transaction awaits authorization, you will receive a push notification on your smartphone through the 1822TAN+ app. In the 1822TAN+ app, you can then confirm or cancel the transaction.

How to activate the 1822TAN+ method:
Activating the 1822TAN+ method is free and can be done through the "Settings > TAN > Manage TAN methods" section of your customer portal. Follow the instructions provided in your customer portal and in your 1822TAN+ app to complete the activation process.

The following permissions are required on your device:
- Camera access for scanning a QR code during the activation of the 1822TAN+ method
- Permission for the 1822TAN+ app to send push notifications to your smartphone

System requirements: In general, we recommend using devices that still receive security updates from their manufacturer for the operating system.

Note regarding "Jailbreak": The app is not available for jailbroken devices. From our perspective, using jailbroken devices poses a security risk that we want to exclude for the safety of your financial transactions.
